Lovely afternoon tea on Sunday saving us from rain and misery while doing Hadrian's Wall. Highly recommended!

Fantastic venue and an affordable hire price in a peaceful location. The people who manage the hall and organise bookings are professional, helpful, reliable and lovely. They are easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Communication is excellent and the venue is lovely. I hosted an art class here and it was perfect for what I wanted it for. Will be using this hall again in the future

A thoughtful rest stop along Hadrian's Wall. Loo round the back, benches to rest weary feet, and bottles of water available for 50p. Very handy.

We attended a BBQ at the hall with Carlisle Ramblers. Ample parking available. There are plans for a new hall which deserves users and locals support.

Went to see the local records and photos of years ago. Had lovely tea, sandwiches, cream scones and cakes, all made by volunteers. Nice community feel

Good stopping point on the Hadrian's Wall path. Picnic table and toilets round the back.
